Go behind the scenes of Christophe Perie's short film Citizen Hero with Shoot! in this exclusive interview and making of video.
Before making movies, Christophe was artistic director for a number of commercials in Paris. During this period he had opportunity to work on some of the top French television commercials with feature film directors such as Rémy Belvaux and Luc Besson.
At the same time Christophe worked as extras assistant director on international feature films with directors such as M.Night Shyamalan, Ron Howard, Alfunso Cuaron, Gus Van Sant, Oliver Schmitz and Walter Salles.
In 2007, Christophe made his first short film Cuisine Americaine, a four-minute black comedy. Once this was completed, he came back into the world of advertising, this time as a director. Christophe is working on his first feature film project - preparing to shoot in 2009.
Given the PlayStation stimulus word Create, Christophe created Citizen Hero - a tale of a man blessed with superhuman powers and the desire to do good, who finds that helping others is not always as easy as it seems - with help from Jan Kounen as Executive Producer.
