PLAYSTATION 3 will get a taste of some action on the Western front with the arrival of Red Dead Redemption, coming in autumn 2009 from Rockstar Games - and you can get a taste too with the first trailer.
A sequel to 2004 hit, Red Dead Revolver, Red Dead Redemption follows the story of former outlaw, John Marston, who travels around the American frontier. Set at the turn of the 20th century, you'll get into gunfights and battles across rolling prairies teeming with wildlife, frontier towns, and perilous mountain passes - and experience the death of the Wild West and the gunslingers that inhabited it as the government and the Industrial Age begin to spread their influence.
