The Electronic Entertainment Expo is a key date in the videogame calendar and in June 2009, the show returns to its spiritual home, as the LA Convention Centre flings open its door once more and the world's videogame developers and publishers show off their wares for the coming year.
Since it first arrived on the scene in 1995, E3, as it is commonly known, has been a key event for all followers of the PlayStation story; in 2004 and 2005 it provided people with their first glimpse of PSP and PLAYSTATION 3 respectively, whilst more recently it was the stage for the unveiling of key software titles such as inFamous (in 2007) and God of War 3 (2008).
Following a press conference by Sony Computer Entertainment Inc. on June 2, 2009 which kicks off at 11:00 local time, there are bound to be exciting updates as to the future of PlayStation, and you can follow the action at eu.playstation.com.
