New medium of terror

Siren Blood Curse infects a new medium with the gripping horror releasing on Blu-ray Disc for PLAYSTATION 3 in Autumn 2008.

Siren Blood Curse, the nerve-racking follow-up to Forbidden Siren and Forbidden Siren 2, will be available on Blu-ray Disc in addition to being available for purchase as a download from PLAYSTATION Store. All 12 of the gut-wrenching episodes of this haunting Japanese survival horror game, plus exclusive bonus content will be available on the Blu-ray Disc version.

The chilling series of events portrayed in Siren Blood Curse take place in the Japanese village of Hanuda, the so called Vanished Village, a dark and eerie place, frozen in the 1970s and surrounded by a red sea. When a TV crew from America arrive to research and film an expose of the village they discover an ancient curse has been cast upon the town. Hunted by the vicious Shibito, the living dead, and darker, more terrifying monsters, the crew and other visitors must escape or face transforming into a hideous beast themselves.

Throughout the game you'll play each of the visitors to this cursed village. Using the game's unique Sight-Jack System enables you to switch seamlessly between the visions of the hunted, you and your comrades, and the twisted hunters of Hanuda. Blood, guts and gore are super-enhanced by stunning graphic effects, an advanced physics engine and shockingly realistic facial animations.

Siren Blood Curse is available for purchase now from PLAYSTATION Store and on Blu-ray Disc in Autumn 2008.
