EOJ World Championships

Battle the world in the first global The Eye of Judgment tournament starting August 14, 2008.

A first of its kind event, you're invited to take part in the EOJ World Championships, the first global EOJ PLAYSTATION Network tournament.

Starting on Thursday, 14th August and running for one week until Thursday, 21st August, this landmark event will feature no additional rules - enabling you to play with your favourite deck and take on the world.

During the championships you will be able to play as many Online Tournament ranked matches as you like until the event closes.

The prize for the lucky winner is a true one-off. The winning player will receive their own in-game card to be used in Deck Builder mode complete with their name, picture - if you wish - and comments. This unique one-off card will be viewable by all EOJ players when you play.

In addition the winner will also earn the right to play an online duel against the creator of The Eye of Judgment, Watanabe-san from Japan Studio, while the top ten players will all receive a special reward of a unique ranking title.

How to take part

Log in to PLAYSTATION Network and go online with The Eye of Judgment in the usual way from Thursday, 14th August at 7:00am GMTSelect Online Tournament from the Online mode select screenYou will be matched up with another player to battle in just the same way as a regular Ranked Match

It is that simple to enter into the first global The Eye of Judgment tournament.

Points earned from playing Online Tournament Ranked Matches before the close of the tournament contribute to your position on the leaderboard. The tournament scoring system is exactly the same as that used for regular online Ranked Matches, but please be aware that tournament matches do not contribute towards your regular ranking.

The winning player's photo and comments will be moderated to ensure they are suitable for inclusion in the game. The winner's consent will be required to use their photograph for this purpose. SCEE reserves the right to request parental consent should the winner be below18 years of age.
