PSN E3 update

PlayStation Network has emerged from E3 with some fresh updates to keep your current game collection sparkling. Unearth the hidden gems here.

MotorStorm Pacific Rift

Fans of the brutal off-road racer are in for a treat, with a selection of high octane expansion updates in store.

Speed will be first off the starting grid with three new tracks (Quicksands, Engorged and Dark Fire Swamp), three brand new track variants, four new vehicles (sporting three paint jobs each) and a massive 48-event Mini-Festival, Speed Weekend, packed with unlockable rewards, Trophies and Microbadges.

Next up is Adrenaline, which brings three new tracks (Reefrunner, Brimstone and Hollowed Earth), five new track variants, four more exclusive new race machines (each with three liveries to choose from), six brand new characters (each sporting three different costumes), and a fat stash of fresh new paint jobs for your existing vehicles.

Pain Museum

Comedy game extravaganza, Pain, has a new target in its sights - a museum. It's no ordinary place of culture and study, however... the Pain museum of natural history is rife with a large number of props and features to make sure your stay is as painful as you can bear, with rails, escalators and a vast number of museum props, including a giant whale hanging from the ceiling.

Sounds perfect for some spectacular and comedic fun...

WipEout HD Fury

The fast paced futuristic racing of WipEout HD has taken things to the next level with the announcement of WipEout HD Fury.

Fury features a range of new content which will increase your WipEout HD experience with the sort of verve fans expect. Four new tracks will be available to play, with both forward and reversed iterations and variants for the game's increasingly fast Zone mode. Complimenting that are four new Zone specific tracks for you to ramp up your high speed thrills.

If it's new modes you're after, you're in luck - Detonator (single player), Zone Battle and Eliminator (both single and multiplayer) will keep you engaged, while a whole new eight-grid campaign with over 100 events to complete will make sure you're glued to the track.

The game's ship roster also gets a bump, with 12 new ship models, including a new Detonator ship, and a Zone variant of each.

All of the new content, ships and game modes will be playable on the original HD tracks, and with online play - with a restyled front end to make your game racier than ever.
