JavaScript needs to be enabled on your PC in order for you to view this content. Please enable JavaScript and try again. Has your platinum trophy hunt come to a halt in New Marais? Then read on for some handy advice. inFAMOUS 2 on PlayStation 3 lets you play in the colourful metropolis of New Marais, a city packed with opportunity, menace and, of course, trophies. We asked you, the PlayStation Community, to cast your minds back over your inFAMOUS 2 experiences and share with your fellow gamers any helpful hints you may have picked up on the platinum trophy trail. Read on for the low-down on inFAMOUS 2, before thinking about the elusive platinum trophy in Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception – tell us how you completed your trophy list by heading to community.eu.playstation.com. We'll then publish the best responses right here. "I found this much easier than the original inFAMOUS, since you can see the blast shards from a distance. The Just One More trophy, awarded for collecting all of the fragments, is therefore simpler to get. In the first game this was a really tricky task." (kico1603, Spain) "First of all I completed the game on the Hard difficulty level, working solely on gaining good karma. Once I finished, I started again on the Easy setting to achieve evil karma to get the Arch Villain and Forging Your Own Path trophies – I really enjoyed destroying everything around me. "Evil karma makes the game much easier since you can cause explosions without worrying about anything at all." (The_Kuroudo, Spain) "What took the longest was earning enough experience points [XP] to purchase all the special powers for the With Great Power Comes Greater Power trophy. I collected this trophy once I'd completed the Story Mode, by playing the User Generated Content missions." (Jyyste, Finland) "I'd say this is one of the simpler platinum trophies I've collected. The most difficult trophy in the first inFAMOUS involved finding all the blast shards. Now we have a radar to find them, and if you climb up to the highest points in the game – such as the spires of St Ignatius's church – you can get a better idea of where they are, and in the process you'll pick up the Mountaineer trophy. "The Hard difficulty setting is really accessible. I had a little trouble with the last dead drop for the Well inFORMED trophy, because I didn't check the trophy list before totally finishing the game. So, make sure you don't make the same mistake." (Ciceron14, French) "It took me between one and two weeks to achieve platinum status. The most challenging trophy required 30 verandas to be destroyed. You have to blow up the largest veranda or balcony in every street of New Marais. While you're doing this, look out for the Big Destruction bonus flashing up on-screen as confirmation – with a lot of exploration you'll get the Extreme Makeover trophy." (GuiWarrior0, Portugal) "You could say this is the most electrifying platinum trophy to collect on PS3. It's intuitive to play, New Marais is cleverly designed and you come up against incredible enemy artificial intelligence. Obtaining the platinum trophy in this game was a real pleasure." (PGM74, France) Need a little friendly advice about trophy hunting? Then put your questions to the experts of the official PlayStation Forums at community.eu.playstation.com. Don't forget to come back next month to find out how to strike platinum in Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception on PS3.

Uncharted: The story so far

This website requires Flash Player 7 or higher. It looks like you do not have this installed. Visit the Adobe website to download the latest version of player.. JavaScript needs to be enabled on your PC in order for you to view this content. Please enable JavaScript and try again. Take a look back at Nathan Drake's globetrotting adventures on PS3 to date. Drake's fortune In Uncharted: Drake's Fortune, Naughty Dog introduced the world to Nathan Drake, a fortune hunter, action man and descendant of the legendary explorer, Sir Francis Drake. At the outset of the game Drake discovers a 400-year-old clue hidden inside the coffin of his purported ancestor and he is propelled on a journey in search of the fabled lost treasure of El Dorado. Unfortunately for Nate, he manages to attract the wrong kind of attention while recovering Sir Francis Drake's coffin from the ocean floor - pirates. Led by Eddie Raja, an old rival of Nate's, who is after the treasure too. Thankfully, Nate and the journalist assisting him in the discovery, Elena Fisher, are rescued by his friend and mentor, Victor Sullivan. From here, the threesome embark on a rip-roaring adventure that takes them to the Amazon jungle where they find an abandoned German U-boat that yields clues to a tropical island that may or may not house the treasure of El Dorado. Along the way they have to deal with perilous locations, treacherous rivals and dark, malevolent forces hidden deep within the island itself. Embark on a search for the treasure of El Dorado in Uncharted: Drake's Fortune on PlayStation 3 today. Left for dead In Uncharted 2: Among Thieves, Nate returns in a quest packed with more danger than he's ever encountered. Opening on an icy cliff top in the Himalayas with Nate bloodied, bruised and suffering from a gunshot wound, the story flashes back and forth revealing exactly how he came to be stranded in such a sticky situation. In Uncharted 2, Nate is hired by an old friend, Harry Flynn, and an old flame, Chloe Frazer, to steal a Mongolian oil lamp from a museum in Istanbul that may lead them to the location of Marco Polo's mythical lost fleet of ships. When Flynn and Drake get their hands on the lamp they discover inside it a map that reveals Marco Polo's fleet had in fact been transporting the treasured Cintamani Stone from the mystical city of Shambhala before it was washed ashore in Borneo by a devastating tsunami. Unluckily for Nate, Flynn has a plan all of his own and double-crosses him, leaving him to be imprisoned at the hands of the Istanbul police force. After three months, Nate is released from prison thanks to his old friend, Victor Sullivan, and Chloe. Together, the threesome head off in search of Flynn, the Cintamani Stone and the city of Shambhala... Discover the city of Shambhala for yourself in Uncharted 2: Among Thieves on PlayStation 3 now. Drake's back! What links Queen Elizabeth I with a fabled city submerged in the Rub' al-Khali desert? In Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception, Nathan Drake embarks on his most far-reaching adventure yet to establish this unlikely connection – and ends up finding much more than he bargained for. An antique ring belonging to the illustrious explorer Sir Francis Drake is the subject of intense interest in a back room of a seedy London pub, where we find old friends Nate and Victor Sullivan trying to close out a deal with a shadowy buyer. It's fraught, and when a pile of fake notes is pushed towards Nate, the atmosphere nosedives and all hell breaks loose. Finding themselves dumped in a back alley a few hectic moments later, Nate and Sully slip off into the night in pursuit of the secrets that can only be unlocked using Sir Francis Drake's precious relic. It's a journey that will take them deep into the Middle East, via picture postcard French countryside, a majestic Syrian fortress and a storm-lashed ocean tanker. There's even a diversion that takes in Nate's teenage years. Nate is hot on the trail blazed by Lawrence of Arabia to reveal the Atlantis of the Sands and the treasures within its ancient walls. Yet his bid to uncover untold riches turns into a desperate struggle for survival, as an occult order attempts to conceal a terrible secret. In Lawrence's own words: "The dreamers of the day are dangerous men, for they may act their dream with open eyes..." None are more dangerous than the grimly determined characters on Nate's tail. Play Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception only on PlayStation 3, and join Nathan Drake on his greatest adventure yet.
